A pretty marriage was celebrated Saturday night at 8:30 o’clock when Miss Annie Irwin became the bride of Mr. Guy Rudd. The ceremony was solemnized at the resident of Rev. G. Clyde Holland on North Main Street.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. W.A. Clayton of Roxboro, N.C. The groom has a large acquaintanceship who hold him in high esteem and has a position with the Southern Railway. They were accompanied by Misses Mable and Geneva Burks and Messrs. Charlie Crowder and Johnnie Haygood. Mr. and Mrs. Rudd will reside in Danville.
