Mrs. Nancy Hilbert
and her two children, Rita age five and a half years and Delmar Harrell, age
three years. Mrs. Hilbert is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G.R. Harrell, RFD 3, Elizabeth
City. She is a graduate of Elizabeth City High School, Class of ’27, and
completed the business course at Eastman School of Business, Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
She is employed as a Senior Clerk at the WPA offices in Elizabeth City and is a
