Raleigh, June 2—The Millis Cotton Mills Inc., High Point, today was granted a charter of incorporation by Secretary of State W.N. Everett. The concern is capitalized at $300,000 with $70,000 subscribed. H.A. Millis, R.R. Rogers, C.E. Haywood and J.W. Kaneer are among the stockholders.
