Willis Arts, colored, paid a fine of $5 and costs for driving his car with an open cut out. Guy Mann drew a like fine for the same offense.
J.E. Robertson, for failure to stop his car at a railroad crossing, paid the costs.
Ernest Bright, for being drunk, drew a fine of $5 and costs.
