The teacher training class at the First Baptist Church this week has 150 pupils enrolled and splendid results are being accomplished. The classes are being attended by teachers and officers of the Sunday School, members of the B.Y.P.U. organizations and others interested I Christian work. There are a half dozen or ore classes conducted by Pastor and Mrs. R.L. Lemons, Mr. and Mrs. Pippin, A.V. Washburn, Rev. Rush Padgett and Mrs. Fields Young. The classes begin at 6 o’clock and after one hour, a lunch is served in the basement, after which there are other classes and a lecture by some well qualified member of the church to talk on the various subject pertaining to the standard Sunday school and its various departments. The school closes with the Friday night session.
