Fayetteville, Sept. 17—Dr. J. DaCosta Highsmith of this city has been named chief marshal of the Cape Fear Fair for the 1925 session to be held here the latter part of October. Dr. Highsmith is one of the most prominent physicians and surgeons, and his appointment will be a popular one. Dr. Highsmith is associated with his father, Dr. J. Frank Highsmith, in the conduct of the Highsmith hospital. He will announce his assistant marshals within a few days.
