High Point, Sept. 14—Hattie hides her hooch in the chicken coop.
So say the plainclothes Officers Wimberly and Hancock, who report that Hattie Johnson, negro, has been arrested here, because they found a gallon and a half of liquor hidden in a chicken coop on the woman’s premises. The chicken coop, the officers say, is the most unique place in which they have yet found whiskey hidden.
