News from Along King Route 2, Oct. 6, 1926

Thieves Busy in King Section. . . Revival Services at Mt. Olive Church Begin Oc. 10—Farmers Finish Curing Tobacco

King Route 2, Oct. 4—Thieves are busy in this section again. Last week three stands of bees were stolen from L. R. Pulliam.

Revival services will begin at Mt. Olive Baptist Church on next Sunday, Oct. 10th. Rev. O. E. Ward of Walnut Cove and Dr. Thomas Smith of Westfield will conduct the services.

Mrs. Mary Jarrett is seriously ill at this writing.

Farmers are about through curing tobacco and are planning to sow another large crop of wheat.

R. K. and son are squirrel hunting these days, but report game scarce.
