Justice of Peace J.J. Medford could not find evidence sufficient to convict C.R. Evins, Vernon Hite, and Gem Adcock who were arrayed before him this morning on a charge of stealing and selling stolen automobiles, and the case was dismissed.
The car found in their possession was claimed by C.T. Frazier and the defendants turned the car over to him without question.
