Mooresville, Jan. 11—A rumor is being heard here that the Southern railway is making preparations to send through trains Nos. 31 and 32, running from Washington to Augusta by way of Mooresville, detouring from the main line at Greensboro by way of Winston-Salem. Heavy rails have been laid on the line and when the bridges over Muddy Creek and the Yadkin River are reconstructed, the road will be ready for the heavy engines.
