Concord, April 1—Born to Mr. and Mrs. Thomas R. Cozart, a son, Thomas R. Cozart Jr., on March 25. This is the third addition to the Cozart family, and the only son. Tom walks and talks like he thinks it is the first and only boy ever born anywhere, any time.
