Daugherty Rents Asheville Home. . . Hopes Climate Will Prove Beneficial to His Wife Who Is an Invalid; Enjoys Game of Golf

Asheville, April 14—Harry M. Daughterty, former attorney general of the United States, and Mrs. Daugherty who reached Asheville yesterday, have taken a cottage here and said today that Mrs. Daugherty will probably remain here indefinitely. Mr. Daugherty will be here several weeks and then will go to Ohio from which he will return here later. The former attorney general enjoyed a game of golf this morning. He came to meet Mrs. Daugherty who is an invalid and who he thought would find the climate beneficial. She spent the winter in Florida.
