Clyde Wade Fined in Recorder's Court, June 16, 1924

Recorder’s Court

A mixture of politics and family quarrels resulted in the arraignment of Clyde Wade in recorder’s court Saturday on three counts: assault on T.O. Britt, his brother-in-law, trespass, and boisterous language. Found not guilty of the first charge, judgement suspended on the second with payment of costs, he was fined $25 and costs on the charge of boisterous language.
