Newton Nichols, Inmate at State Prison, Has Died, Sept. 9, 1925

Newton Nichols Dead—Body Sent to Roaring River

The body of Newton Nichols was shipped from down in the state to Ronda or Roaring River Monday. He was in the state prison for three and not more than five years from March term of the Wilkes court last March a year ago in the Longbottom case at the third indictment of defendants. The cause of his death was not learned.
