Thomas W. Ruffin and W.L. Lumpkin announce the formation of a partnership for the general practice of law in Franklin County with offices in the First National Bank building, Louisburg, N.C.
W.L. Lumpkin will be in said office at all times. Thomas W. Ruffin will attend said office on Mondays and Thursdays of each week and on other days by appointment, and will also attend all courts, both civil and criminal in Franklin County.
Both of these are young gentlemen of much energy and ability and the combining of their efforts in the practice of law will do doubt make an exceptionally strong firm.
