Body of Paul Berk Recovered from Sub S-51, Oct. 3, 1925

Another Body Is Taken from Ship. . . Body of Paul D. Berk Found in Ill-Fated Submarine by Divers Who Entered the Vessel

On Board U.S.S. Camden Off Block Island, Oct. 3 (AP)—Divers today recovered another body from the sunken Submarine S-51. The identity was not established immediately.

The body later was identified as that of Paul D. Beck, engine man, second class, of Shumakerville, Pa. The body was fully clothed, and Beck apparently had been on watch.
