Ernest Dockery suffered injury to one eye and the loss of three fingers when a dynamite cap with which he was playing Sunday exploded. His left hand was so badly mangled that the thumb and two fingers had to be amputated. The extent of the injury to his eye is not known, but it is thought that it will not impair his sight.
