Clarence Painter Guilty of White Slavery With 12-Year-Old Girl, Dec. 31, 1920
Clarence O. Painter, alias E.V. Cameron, is held in Richmond, Va., on a charge of white slavery, he having taken a 12-year-old girl from Manson, N.C., to Richmond in violation of the Mann Act.
