Charged with operating gambling devices, Johnie Warren, proprietor of the Edgemont café, was arrested Saturday night and a large number of punchboards and a number of metal slot machines confiscated. The café man will be tried on Monday morning before Judge P.C. Graham. The Edgemont café, located on East Main street, is reported by police to have been the source of much complaint as to operation of games of chance.
