Trials for Drunkenness, Cursing, Carrying a Pistol, and Bigamy, Dec. 8, 1923

Five New Cases in Court on Saturday

Five new cases were tried in recorder’s court on Saturday morning.

Lonnie Ellis, charged with drunkenness, was fined $5 and the costs, and remitted one-half of the fine.

James Smith was fined $5 and the costs for boisterous cursing.

Willie Crews, charged with carrying a pistol, was fined $100 and the costs. The defendant appealed and was placed under a bond of $100.

Ira Cash was bound to superior court upon pleading guilty to bigamy.
