Marvin Weston, 23, High Point man, was returned to Durham Tuesday by officers S.L. Wood and I.C. Massey and placed in the county jail under a charge of stealing an automobile. Weston was arrested in Greensboro Monday and held for the local authorities.
The automobile alleged to have been stolen from Ex Farrington’s son during the recent Ham-Ramsay meeting has been recovered and will be returned to the owner, police state.
Weston will be given a preliminary hearing before Recording P.C. Grahm on Wednesday morning.
