Bud Lippard Paroled by Governor Morrison

On Thursday Mr. Bud Lippard was released from jail in Newton by order of the Governor of North Carolina. He is paroled on good behavior. He has only been in jail about seven months of the 18 months’ sentence, according to information received from Jailor Curlee.

Lippard can now walk without a stick, that foot that caused trouble is reported as about well, but his trouble is diabetes, and on this account his parole was secured.
