Mr. John Tilman Butts and Miss Eva Deal of near Angier were quietly married Saturday afternoon, October 17th, by Rev. A.C. McCall, pastor of Neills Creek Baptist Church. Only relatives and intimate friends were present. Immediately after the ceremony the young couple left on a short bridal trip after which they will be at home to their many friends at their home near Lillington.
