Castle Valley Co. Opens Office Here

Castle Valley Park announces its Brevard headquarters in the Brevard Pharmacy and Robert L. Long of Asheville as its Brevard representative. This subdivision, which is located about three miles from Brevard, is on Williamsons Creek, in the old Fisher and Feaster tracts. The subdivision was opened last September and since then over 500 lots have been sold.

This development, when completed, will have two lakes which will add greatly to the attractions of Brevard. The lots will have road frontage, lights, water, and power. Already over two miles of road have been built and when the winter is over, concrete for the first dam will be poured. It is hoped by the owners to hold a water carnival on the Fourth of July. The lots are laid off in various sizes to suit the purchaser. All the lots sold to date have been sold to outside buyers, a majority being Floridians.

The Castle Valley Park Company are members of Brevard Chamber of Commerce. The company is incorporated for $100,000. Following is a list of the officers: president, Kenneth Fitchette; vice-president, O.K. Robinson; secretary-treasurer, Geo. P. Fitchette; sales manager, C.J. Johnson; Brevard Representative, Robert H. Long.
