Born to Mr. and Mrs. R.H. Howerton of Lynchburg, Va., April 24th, a son, George Hunter. Before marriage Mrs. Howerton was Miss Georgia Broome, who visited here often as the guest of her sister, Mrs. A.C. Cline.
