Mothers Club Meets

The Twentieth Century Mothers Club meets Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 21st, at the home of Mrs. S.F. Patterson.

Paper—The Choice of Literature for Children, Mrs. A.P. McPherson

General discussion based on the paper and preparatory readings.

Reading, Books in the Home, Mrs. W.G. Lynch

Polonaise—Chaplin

Reading—A Neglected Duty, Mrs. C.F. Satterwhite

Dance of the Gnomes—Liszt

Reading—The Home Library—Mrs. F.M. Shute

Little folks song—Up the Ladder

Misses Whitaker and Hardaway will care for children during the meeting for 25 cents a child.

Mrs. S.F. Patterson has kindly offered to send mother and child to the place appointed for the nursery in her car. If any one wishes to take advantage of this opportunity, phone Mrs. W.L. Long the evening before the meeting.

We have 35 members but are not satisfied with their presence only. All mothers are most cordially invited to all these meetings. They are not only interesting but very instructive and mothers need all the help available in training little folks. We will be more than pleased to see you Wednesday.
