Rochester Shoe Factories, Idle 2 Months, To Reopen, Put 23,000 Back to Work, Dec. 1, 1920

Rochester, N.Y., Dec. 1—Announcement was made yesterday that within three weeks, Rochester factories making women’s shoes, now idle, would reopen at full capacity to fill orders for spring stock.
