The Southern Distributing Company is a new automobile concern chartered by the secretary of state as a Charlotte enterprise, according to a copy of the incorporation papers filed Monday in the clerk of the court’s office. The authorized capital stock is $50,000 and the names of the incorporators are D.E. Henderson, Frank Kennedy and Minnie Gallant. The company is authorized to buy, sell, manufacture, distribute and otherwise handle automobiles.
