Forest city went “over the top,” to use an old time war expression, in the Near East Relief campaign. The largest contributors were the men’s Bible class of the Methodist church and the Berean class of the Baptist church. Each of these classes pledged to support five children for a year. The total amount in cash and pledges is $775.97.
