Messrs. T.M. Harrill, Bud McFarland, Posey Flack, John Matheny and C.E. Ware were called to Marion last week to serve on the jury in the case of Goode brothers, officers, who were charged with the killing of a moonshiner. Mr. Harrill was the only one to serve. The officers were acquitted.
