Fayetteville, July 10—W.P. Strickland, the taxi driver of this city, who was injured in an auto wreck early Friday morning while hastening with a load of soldiers to Camp Bragg for reveille, died at the camp hospital this morning as the result of his injuries.
Hospital surgeons made every effort to save him a number of the soldiers giving of their blood freely for blood infusions, but all in vain.
