Colored people rendered homeless by today’s great disaster can find shelter for the night in Meadows’ warehouse on South Front street, according to announcement made to the Sun-Journal this afternoon.
Mr. Meadows announced that he would be able to accommodate approximately 200 persons at the warehouse.
