By virtue of an order of the Superior Court of Madison County, February term 1924, I will, on the 15th day of March, 1924, at the Court House door in Marshall, N.C., sell to the highest bidder for cash, one Chevrolet Coupe, confiscated for the illegal transportation of whiskey and condemned to be sold by the Superior Court of this county at the February term 1924 as provided by law, Chapter 1, Laws of 1923.
