Salisbury, April 5—Two Rowan county boys were winners of prizes in the cotton growers contest conducted by the Eastern Carolina Chamber of Commerce. Brooks Litaker of the Patterson community, who won the first prize, was also first prize winner in the contest of the previous year. Mitchell Houck, of the same community, won third prize this year. County Agent W.G. Yeager is very much elated over the winning of his Rowan county boys in this contest.
