Let’s Exhibit Something at This Fall’s Fair
Pilot reader who can do so will resolve right now to exhibit something next fall at the Vass Community Fair. Not all of us can make as pretty an exhibit as Virginia Scanlon and her prize-winning Angus, but nearly every progressive farmer can make a creditable exhibit of some kind. As we have often said, every farmer every year should resolve to beat all his neighbors in at least one things—corn, wheat, apples, hogs, poultry, cows, alfalfa, or just anything—and then exhibit the best of that product at the fair.
