The county commissioners are arranging with the state department of health for free clinic in Cleveland for the administration of typhoid and diphtheria anti-toxin. Practically all of the doctors of the county have agreed to administer the anti-toxin free of charge to patients who call upon them. The commissioners have the matter up with the state health department and arrangements will probably be completed in a few days.
