Dr. W.P. Jacocks arrived in the city Friday to visit his brother, Dr. F.G. Jacocks, having been away since June, 1918, in health work in Ceylon for the Rockefeller Foundation. On his return trip he visited France, the Holy Land, Egypt and England.
