Jackson, Sept. 2—Senator W.H. S. Burgwyn took his little son, John, to Johns Hopkins Hospital last week for a more thorough examination of his eye, which was seriously hurt. An X-ray examination was made and since getting the results of the examination from the doctor there, the Burgwyns feel somewhat encouraged, for it is thought that there is some hope of his eyesight being restored.
