Raleigh, Dec. 5—Saved from the electric chair by Governor Craig in 1913, and commuted to 30 years by Governor Bickett in 1920, Moses Dunkhard again fell in line for executive clemency this morning when he killed Leroy Moore, a fellow prisoner, with a shovel while they were working on a chain gang in Transylvania county, according to messages received here today by George Ross Poe, superintendent of State prison.
