Lincolnton, N.C., Feb. 12—Austin Grigg of Cherryville died in a hospital here yesterday of injuries received on Sunday when an automobile in which he was riding was struck by a Seaboard Air Line train near Cherryville. Mamie Swink is in a hospital here with her spine fractured and is not expected to live. Mrs. Bolick of Buffalo was instantly killed in the accident. Two other men in the machine were unhurt.
