“I am feeling like celebrating,” said Rev. Q.C. Davis to the News-Herald one day last week.

“I have just received the receipted bill for the payment of the last quarter in college for my last child. With the exception on one year,” he continued, “I have had a child in college constantly for the past 25 years, and you can imagine how I feel on having made the last and final payment. I have a mind,” he went on to say, “to take 30 or 40 cents and go to a café or some place and actually blow it in and have a big time.”
