The recorder’s court was of a rather light nature Saturday, with nothing out of the ordinary. The cases disposed of were as follows:
T.M. Nolen, drunkenness; $5 and costs, and half of fine remitted.
Harry Yearger, drunk and disorderly, $5 and costs.
Robert Garrett, violating city regulations; judgment suspended on payment of costs.
Walter Edwards, assault and battery; $1 and costs.
