Charters Granted

Raleigh, Sept. 6—The office of the Secretary of State has issued the following charters:

--Goldsboro Masonic Holding Corporation of Goldsboro, with authorized capital of $50,000 and $4,100 subscribed C.F. Strosnider, Joe A. Parker, G.W. Waters Jr., and others all of Goldsboro.

--Raleigh Sand Supply Company Incorporated of Raleigh, with authorized capital of $10,000 and $150 subscribed by S.J. Busbee, Mrs. S.J. Busbee, and Mrs. C.L. Jenkins, all of Raleigh.
