Badin, March 20—A marriage of much interest throughout the state is that of Miss Doris Thompson and William T. Lilly, which took place Thursday evening at 8 o’clock at the Presbyterian manse, Rev. A.S. Anderson performing the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Lucy Thompson of Albemarle and is a pretty brunette with a winning personality. The groom is the son of Mrs. Allie Lilly and is one of Baden’s most popular young men. They will be at home to their friends in Baden.
