The first picture is of women at an Easter party in Winston-Salem in 1945. The second one is a little girl ready for the Easter Parade in new York City, also taken in 1945. I did a reverse search using Google and found out that the top picture was taken by Marie Hansen and belongs to Getty Images. The second picture was taken by Wallace Kirkland and also came from Getty Images.
