Dr. Henderson Irwin has been appointed chief marshal for the Wayne County Fair October 30 to November 3. Dr. Irwin will act as generalissimo of the 24 marshals who will direct the crowded thousands who will be in attendance during the fair days. A tentative list of marshals was made up yesterday. The list showed every corner of the county represented. Those in charge of this detail of the fair urged the prompt and affirmative responses be given for service.
