Miss Emma Jones has assumed her duties as financial secretary of the First Presbyterian church and hostess of the church house. She arrived in the city Thursday and immediately entered in upon her work. She is rapidly familiarizing herself with the affairs of the local church and is expected to make a valuable addition to the church staff.
