Medical Society Refuses to Join Chamber of Commerce in Invitation, Sept. 8, 1924

Gastonia, Sept. 4—The Gaston County Medical society at its monthly meeting Wednesday night refused to endorse the invitation of Gastonia chamber of commerce to the North Carolina Tuberculosis association, stating as the reason for the refusal the fact that Dr. L.B. McBryer was the head of the organization. The doctors moved in the resolution that this message be conveyed to the officials of the association.
