Wilmington, Sept. 5—The woman arrested here last night, held for larceny and violation of the prohibition law, following the discovery of a small fortune in gems and money on her person, was identified as Miss Rosalie Cecelie Kelly, formerly of Garrison, Md.
Identification was established by means of a passport from New York to Paris.
She is still held in default of a $10,000 bond.
