Raleigh, N.C., Aug. 30—Tom D. Dunn, private detective, was bound over to the Superior court Thursday morning in the city court, charged with kidnapping J.H. Mentz, young printer, a week ago. Bond, which was first placed at $1,000, was reduced to $300. He was released from jail last night, his bond being made by Harry Latta, hotel man.
